Just Do It
Your gift today is the motivation to do this. The first present you received was the gift to explore. Over the past week I have continuously pushed you outside your comfort zone into a thick confusing fog of emotions and feelings. You may have felt uncomfortable and silly when you tried to “imagine” the color of the emotion. Admit it if you wussed out.
I warned you on day one when I said there is no short cut. You really do need this information about your customers and your business. You are on the front line. You have access to this information. Go get it!
You should have the following:
- The emotional reasons as to why your customers buy from you
- The types of customersand what motivates them
- The answers they gave to you as to why they buy from you
- Your experience being your own customer
- Your customer’s pain points
